1. Motor

The fan is driven by aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motor with insulation grade of F and protection grade of IP54 ~ IP56.

2. Impeller

The impeller is made of cold-rolled steel plate, aluminum plate or stainless steel plate. The blade is designed according to the aerodynamic principle. It has the advantages of large air volume, high pressure head and low noise. The balance accuracy grade of impeller is G4 0

3. Shroud

The deflector is one of the important components of the fan. It is processed by advanced spinning technology or welding process. It has the characteristics of high strength, beautiful appearance and convenient installation.

4. The surfaces of all parts are subject to anti-corrosion treatment to improve the anti-corrosion ability.

三、 Product installation instructions

The performance of the fan depends on the strictly controlled standard conditions and the optimized suction and exhaust conditions. When installing the fan, ensure good ventilation regardless of the size of the fan. (refer to figure 2 of DWZ external rotor axial flow fan product installation instructions for the figure)

四、 Description of technical parameters

1. The data listed in the sample are measured under standard conditions, i.e. atmospheric pressure = 101.325kpa, gas density = 1.2kg/m \ s \ H0 5x; 3^;, Gas temperature = 20 ℃.

2. The noise measurement position of the fan shall be on the fan impeller axis and one meter away from the air inlet end according to the national standard.

3. The power and current of the motor are rated.

4. The working ambient temperature of this series of fans is - 30 ℃ ~ + 55 ℃.

When ordering, please indicate the complete fan model, air inlet direction, ambient temperature and what stimulating chemicals exist in the air.
